    To revive your body and spirit, we recommend our 5-hour package:

    MOVE- chose one of our movement practices to get your body moving.

    NURTURE- through food, body work, or restorative yoga, chose what will soothe your body and soul.

    CONNECT- close with a Council circle that will bring it and you all together and revive you.

  • Burnout Buster (1-3 hours)

    Perfect for your corporate retreat, we offer a quick one-hour session that can be incorporated into your event. This is a mini retreat designed to fight burnout and reinspire you and your team. You will leave the session feeling revived!

  • Marking the Season (8 hours)

    Beginnings, endings, and seasonal changes are celebrated with our Marking the Season retreat.

    MEDICINE WALK- an intention-setting mindful walk starts the day

    COUNCIL- sharing circle solidifies your intention and reinforces the seasonal theme.

    COOKING & MEALS- seasonal selections and recipes are tuned to your needs of the season.

    YOGA- a practice tailored to the season reenergizes.

    CREATE- manifestation jars, burn bundles, or something else tangible will help you make your ideas real.

    COMMUNITY- we complete this powerful day with a ceremony and Council circle about beginnings, endings, and changes in and around you.
